4. Intellectual property

The « Murder Maker » brand, this site, its content (text, visuals, logos, graphic identity), the software as well as the illustration and asset library managed by the platform are protected by intellectual-property law and remain the property of the publisher or its licensors. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without the publisher's written authorisation is prohibited. The scenarios you create in the application belong to you (see the Terms of Service).

The publisher strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published on this site but cannot be held liable for errors, omissions or a temporary unavailability of the service. External links cannot engage the publisher's liability as to their content.
